Online booking for cleaning companies, with or without software

Most cleaning companies under ten staff take bookings by email, WhatsApp and phone, and keep the diary in their head or a spreadsheet. That is fine. If you run scheduling software we embed its booking form so bookings land in the diary you already keep. If you do not, the site gives you a request-a-slot form that emails you instead. Included in the Team and Contract packages.

  • No software? A request-a-slot form that emails you the job, the address and the date
  • Software? Your own form embedded, not a copy that needs re-keying
  • Tested at phone width so nothing overflows
  • Included from £2,995
  • Works with or without software
  • Seven platforms supported

Can a cleaning company website take bookings online without scheduling software?

Yes. If you run software we embed its booking form so the booking appears in your diary automatically; if you work off email and WhatsApp we put a request-a-slot form on the page that emails you the job, the address and the date agreed.

Buying scheduling software to have a website is the wrong way round. Most cleaning companies with fewer than ten staff run on email, WhatsApp and a phone, and a request-a-slot form that emails the job, the address and the date is all the website needs to do. When you do outgrow that, and you will know because you will have double-booked someone, the same page takes your new software's booking form instead and nothing else on the site changes. Either way the form is styled to match, tested at phone width and set up so nobody has to re-type anything.

How a cleaning company website gets built here

  1. Tell us what you clean and where

Four details in the form, then a short written brief. No discovery call unless you want one. Most clients answer twelve questions by WhatsApp.

  2. We write the pages from your numbers

Services, areas, accreditations and prices. We pull the search and cost figures for your towns so every page argues from real data.

  3. You see it working before you pay the balance

A private link, on your phone. Two rounds of changes are included. The quote form, WhatsApp button and Google Business Profile advice are all in place.

  4. Live from two weeks, then the care plan

We connect your domain and email. £50 a month covers hosting, updates and one small change a month. Rolling, 30 days notice, no exit fee.

Questions about online booking

What if I do not use any booking software?

Then the site gets a request-a-slot form instead: the customer picks a service, a date and a time window, and it emails you the details, which is where your bookings already arrive. No subscription and no new system to learn. It is what most of our clients start with.

Which cleaning software can you embed if I do have it?

Any that provides a booking or request form: ZenMaid, ProCleanerUK, CleanFlo, Jobber, BookingKoala, ServiceM8 and Squeegee. If yours is not listed, send us the link and we will check.

Does the embedded form replace your quote form?

No. The quote form captures the lead in four fields for people who want a price. The booking form is for people ready to book a slot. Both sit on the page; the town pages lead with the quote form.

What does cleaning business software cost?

From £19.99 a month (CleanFlo, flat rate) to around £310 a month for a 20-user Jobber account, per esremedia's June 2026 comparison. ProCleanerUK is £49.99 to £149.99 by team size; ZenMaid is priced per active cleaner. Our software guide has the dated table.

Will bookings from the website show in my diary?

Yes, because the form is your software's own, not a copy. A booking made on the site lands where a booking made in the app would.

Can customers pay online?

If your software takes card payments (Jobber, ZenMaid and BookingKoala do), the embedded form carries that through. We do not build a separate payment system.

Will I have to buy software later?

Only when the diary stops coping, which is usually the second or third cleaner. The website does not force the decision and does not change when you make it; we swap the request form for your software's booking form and everything else stays as it is.

Is the booking form mobile friendly?

We test every embed at 360 pixels wide, which is a small phone, and fix the wrapper if the vendor's form overflows. Most do until they are wrapped correctly.

What about Google Local Services Ads booking?

Separate from the website and worth knowing about for domestic cleaning. We will tell you whether it is live for your category in your area.
