Four details. We reply by email or WhatsApp within one working day.
How long does a cleaning company website take?
Two to three weeks for a Starter site, three to four for Team, four to six for Contract, counted from the day the brief comes back.
The timescale depends on two things you control: how quickly you answer the twelve brief questions, and how many rounds of changes you use. Everything else is on us. The Starter package is eight pages; Contract can be forty, including sector pages and a tender-ready accreditations section, which is why it takes longer.
How a cleaning company website gets built here
Tell us what you clean and where
Four details in the form, then a short written brief. No discovery call unless you want one. Most clients answer twelve questions by WhatsApp.
We write the pages from your numbers
Services, areas, accreditations and prices. We pull the search and cost figures for your towns so every page argues from real data.
You see it working before you pay the balance
A private link, on your phone. Two rounds of changes are included. The quote form, WhatsApp button and Google Business Profile advice are all in place.
Live from two weeks, then the care plan
We connect your domain and email. £50 a month covers hosting, updates and one small change a month. Rolling, 30 days notice, no exit fee.
The twelve brief questions
This is the whole discovery process. Most clients answer by voice note on WhatsApp.
- What do you clean? (domestic, commercial, end of tenancy, carpets, windows, ovens, exterior, other)
- Which towns and areas, and which one is home?
- Do you publish prices, and what are they?
- Which software do you use for bookings and scheduling, if any?
- Which accreditations, memberships and insurance do you hold, with the body's name?
- Do your staff have DBS checks, and do you want to say so?
- Who are your three nearest competitors?
- Do you have photographs of your own team and your own work?
- Do you have written reviews we can publish, with permission?
- Are you recruiting, and do you want a careers page?
- What do you want people to do first: request a quote, book online, or call?
- Which design direction is closest, or is none of them?
Every build is live from two weeks. Two rounds of revisions included. 50% to start, 50% when you approve it.
Questions about the process
Do I need to write anything?
No. You answer twelve questions and we write every page. You read them on a private link and mark what to change.
What happens after launch?
The care plan starts: £50 a month for hosting, domain, security updates and one small change a month. Rolling, 30 days notice, no exit fee, and you keep the site and the domain if you leave.
Can I update the site myself?
Text changes come through us on the care plan, usually same day. If you want to edit it yourself we can hand over the files; it is plain HTML with no platform to log in to.
What if I do not like it?
Two rounds of changes are included and the balance is not due until you approve it. If the first draft is wrong in kind rather than degree we start again at no charge, which has not happened yet.
Ready when you are
The first step is four details. The second is twelve questions. The third is a private link with your site on it.
