What does the £50 a month care plan cover?

£50 a month covers hosting, the domain renewal, one mailbox, security and technical updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and one small change a month, on a rolling contract with 30 days notice and no exit fee.

The reason the price is low is the way the site is built: plain HTML on Netlify, no WordPress, no plugins, no database. There is nothing to patch on a Tuesday night and nothing for a bot to log in to. That also makes it fast, which matters on a phone on a doorstep. The reason the plan is required while we host you is simple: we cannot promise a site is up and backed up if it lives somewhere we do not control. The reason it is easy to leave is that we would rather you stayed because it works.

How a cleaning company website gets built here

  1. Tell us what you clean and where

Four details in the form, then a short written brief. No discovery call unless you want one. Most clients answer twelve questions by WhatsApp.

  2. We write the pages from your numbers

Services, areas, accreditations and prices. We pull the search and cost figures for your towns so every page argues from real data.

  3. You see it working before you pay the balance

A private link, on your phone. Two rounds of changes are included. The quote form, WhatsApp button and Google Business Profile advice are all in place.

  4. Live from two weeks, then the care plan

We connect your domain and email. £50 a month covers hosting, updates and one small change a month. Rolling, 30 days notice, no exit fee.

What cleaning companies say after launch

Website, SEO and long-term growth

“We wanted more than someone to simply build us a website. We wanted a digital partner who could help us grow. The team created a professional website and continue to support our online visibility through SEO, helping us compete for the searches that actually generate cleaning enquiries.”
ChrisCleaning services director, London

More local cleaning enquiries

“Since launching the new website, we've seen a noticeable increase in enquiries from customers in the areas we want to target. The site looks professional, explains our services clearly and makes it incredibly easy for customers to request a quote.”
JamesCleaning company owner, London

They understand the cleaning industry

“They understood that customers looking for a cleaning company want to see exactly what you do, where you work and why they should trust you. The website makes all of that immediately clear and gives our business a far more professional image.”

Questions about the care plan

Is the care plan optional?

Every site we build is hosted on it, because we cannot look after a site we do not host. It is £50 a month, rolling, and you can leave with 30 days notice and take the site and domain with you. So it is required while we host you, and easy to leave.

What counts as a small change?

A price, a paragraph, a new team member, a new review with permission, a changed opening hour. Anything under about 30 minutes. A new page or a redesign is quoted in advance.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Not on the care plan, not on the growth plan, not on anything.

What happens if I stop paying?

We give you 30 days notice, hand over the files and the domain transfer code, and the site comes down at the end of the month. Nothing is held hostage.

Who owns the domain?

You do. We register it in your name or point the one you already own. We never take ownership of a client's domain.

Do you monitor uptime?

Yes. The site is hosted on Netlify's global network, checked every five minutes, and backed up daily. A static site of this kind has no database to break and no plugins to update, which is most of why it stays up.

Where we build for cleaning companies
