1. Controller

2. What we collect

When you use the quote form: your name, business name, email and phone number, and any optional answers you give (package, service, software, town, current website, notes). We also record which page you started from and whether the form was completed. When you message us on WhatsApp: your number and the message. When you email: your address and the message.

3. Why, and the lawful basis

To reply to your enquiry and quote for the work (steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business). To deliver the service if you become a client (contract). To count visits to the site, only if you accept analytics cookies (consent).

4. Partial form submissions

If you complete the first four fields of the quote form and reach the second page, those four fields are sent to us at that point so we can reply even if you do not finish. The second page says so. If you do not want that, use email or WhatsApp instead.

5. Who processes it

Netlify (form handling and hosting, USA, under the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses); SiteGround (email); WhatsApp (Meta, if you message us); Google (analytics, only with your consent). We do not sell data or share it with anyone else.

6. How long

Enquiries are kept for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted. Client records are kept for six years after the contract ends for tax purposes.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time using the cookie choices link in the footer. Email hello@streakfreewebsites.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
